in 1998, Case Capital has been driving the expansion and diversification
of Case Corporation’s financial services business. Backed by a
dynamic leadership team with diverse experience in both financial
services and international business, Case Capital is rapidly growing
in importance as one of Case’s three businesses, alongside agricultural
and construction equipment.
We market our financial services primarily through Case
Credit Corporation and Soris Financial. Since 1957, Case Credit has provided
superior financial products to customers who purchase and lease equipment
through Case Corporation’s established dealer networks in North America, Europe
and Australia.
Soris Financial, launched by Case Capital in
1998, serves our diverse client base outside the Case network.
Soris offers a broad range of retail and wholesale financing products
to a variety of equipment markets, including agricultural and
construction equipment, commercial vehicle, forestry and related
industries.

Capital’s network of international financial specialists also
develops strategic alliances with funding sources and local governments
to facilitate the sale of Case equipment around the world. Through
these alliances, Case Capital is identifying new sources of funding
to help expand production agriculture and build infrastructure
in emerging markets.
